Our team was selected to fully brand and execute an annual CRO/CMO Summit. The event name of Scaling2020 was used as a theme and included a contemporary spin of the ever-so-popular Colorado mountain integration, given that attendees were flying in from all over the country. Working hand-in-hand across the country with Insight Partners’ New York-based team, we ensured every detail was flawless – from entertainment, audio/visual production, keynote speaker selection, catering, wayfinding, travel coordination, day-of production team and more for over 250 attendees.

Finding the way
With planning an event at a space as generous as Conga, came the responsibility of making sure attendees made their way to the appropriate locations — this included print-out maps, way-finding banners, giant vinyl floor decals, window clings for session room windows, and more in order to keep the event flowing. The bright colors not only kept your eye moving throughout the space but reinforced the brand throughout the event consistent with the invitation they received, the event program, and even the content on the screen.

Event promotional items & collateral
We created collateral items such as an agenda for all participants to get a break down of the two-day event. Each participant also received an Osprey backpack to align with the scaling theme we included a branded Hydroflask, Carabiner, hat, and a power charger for your devices. Badges were created using the different branding color to categorize whether you were a host of the event, a coordinator of the event, you were in leadership or just attending along with your company and job title.
