The sweetest gig in all the land

When Graphik Creative recently branded and helped plan a CRO/CMO Summit at Conga’s Broomfield location, the Conga team knew immediately that they wanted to work with us again for their next event — the company holiday party. Along with One Floor Up, the Graphik team transformed a brand new Denver event venue into a giant game of adult Candyland — or as we like to call it, Congaland. We created an event logo to be displayed on screens and carved into ice sculptures, as well as a digital invitation and on photo strips.

A fully transformational experience

Next is the dreamy part. Guests were welcomed into the venue by a giant game board and our stilt walkers, Princess Lolly and Queen Frostine. They followed the floor vinyl game board into the main area — which was split up in theme between Lollipop Lane and the Ice Palace — where they could enjoy a frosty signature cocktail complete with dry ice, take photos with giant candies in a photo booth, decorate their own gingerbread man, lounge on the icy white sofas, eat, mingle, or dance. On their way out, they could build their own candy bag.

Your team has earned its spot as my go-to production company: every detail, a creative touch, easily handling all my requests. The team is incredibly responsive, wildly creative – always going the extra mile to ensure our events are fun, memorable & seamless. Hands down – my favorite people to work with.

Event venue floor plan

We worked with multiple different vendors to create an immersive experience for guests as they make their way through the game board lands. This started, of course, with a floor plan. We took a walk through of the space, obtained floor plans from the venue, got dimensions of all the furniture rentals and caterer needs, and created the best flow for guests to enjoy a cocktail, conversation, photo booth, cookie decorating, dancing, and more.

We worked with each vendor to coordinate where staging would happen, such as a break room for the stilt-walkers, the prep kitchen for catering staff, and a coat check. We also coordinated with the lighting and AV team to determine decorative uplighting and video screens.
